On the recent Q&A video on Cyberchase's Official Facebook Page, here's from what we've learned (This will be updated when there are more answers to more questions):
The Hacker is the primary villain in this season, just as he is in the show, but Ledge will NOT be in Season 9.
The topics will focus on math used as a tool to solve issues in the environment.
The first batch of new episodes will air in November.
Motherboard will NOT die.
The CyberSquad will team up will a new friend in this season, and there will be more details coming soon.
Slider, Dr. Marbles, and Wicked will return in this season.
There will be a very special love interest with a new character and one of the members of the CyberSquad in Season 9. More hints soon.
Digit will have new hero moments in this season, including a daring underwater rescue.
There will be no change in the voice cast.
There will be a lot of great Buzz moments in this season.
There will be a guest star this season. More details soon.
Buzz and Delete will NOT stand up to The Hacker, Delete does NOT double-cross him, and The Hacker will NOT replace Buzz and Delete after what happened in Season 8, but Buzz and Delete will have more adventures outside of the show this fall. (More information soon)
Motherboard will NOT get cured. (Where's the fun in that?)
The Hacker will NOT be in the good side again and he will NOT be defeated. (Where's the fun in that?)
It WILL still be done in Flash animation, just like in seasons 6-8. (Sorry for anybody who likes the old animation style more.)
The CyberSquad manages to evade kidnapping this season, but Dr. Marbles will.
There won't be any episodes in Season 9 revolved around algebra.
There will be events in this season, including a skate-off between The Hacker and Slider. More information on this soon.
The aforementioned love interest will NOT be for Digit, but he does make friend with a new bird friend.
The new character's name is Ollie (spelling of this name is to be confirmed), he's a young boy, and he where's glasses.
This wasn't in the videos, but in the recent picture posted by the official Cyberchase Facebook page, Razz from the episode "The X-Factor" will return in this season.
It's just been announced that it will premiere in November 4, 2013 (in the US for all I know, I don't know for the others).

Cyberchase Spin-Off Contest Winners and Other News
I apologize for the delay of the judging to a day from the contest end date. I was waiting on someone else's late entry, as we do need more than just one. But I made an exception just this once.
Now, before I start the judging of this contest, I want you all to meet the group's first Contributor, LonestarInTexas (https://www.deviantart.com/lonestarintexas) ! Now, she is going to do what many contributors will do, except delete entries and members, which is usually up to me, the administrator, to decide.
Now on with the judging:
Now, admittedly, the contest idea sounds good, but it didn't gather as much ground as my previous one, and there are only two submissions, but I am gonna
Contest Reminder
Most of you thought that I neglected this group and contest, and I really apologize. It's just that I had lots of things in my mind I forgot. I feel that the group could use moderators, because I can't expect to do everything by myself. If anyone wants to be a contributor, please let me know in the comments.
Anyway, you got two days left on the Cyberchase Spin-Off Contest , and it's got only one submission in, but if you have a submission that I overlooked, please let me know which one(s), and I will put it in the "Cyberchase Spin-Off Contest entries" folder.
As far as prizes go, I finally figured out what prizes to give out (they are cheap
Cyberchase Spin-Off Contest
I do apologize for the massive inactivity in this group. I have a lot on my mind that I haven't found the time to do more for this group.
Anyway, Cyberchase has five spin-offs that are only available on the Cyberchase website:

:bulletblue:"Math Magic" (hosted by Harry from the "For Real" segments)
:bulletgreen:"The Harry Show" (again, hosted by Harry from the "For Real" segments)
:bulletblue:"Math on the Street" (once again, hosted by Harry from the "For Real" segments).
In this contest, it's about what your idea of
Cyberchase Annoucements
I just want to make a couple of announcements:
:bulletblue: First of all, the episodes of season 9 ("An Urchin Matter", "Going Solar", and "Trash Creep") are finally on the Cyberchase website. If you haven't seen them because you missed them for some particular reason (apart from not liking the Flash animation), or if you want to watch them again, they're on the site if you want to watch them.
:bulletgreen: Secondly, there will be a Cyberchase movie airing in April in the US (I doubt it will be outside the US when it airs at the same day/month; sorry). It may or may not be shown seamlessly when it first airs, but I know it will be a multi-p
